About

Ronald Kool was born in 1969 in Haarlem, The Netherlands. From a very early age it was already obvious that music had his biggest interest: he started piano lessons at six. During his high school period he was drummer in the school band, for which he wrote most of the songs. At the age of 18 he was musical director of the school musical.

From 1988 till 1994 he studied Jazz Piano at the Rotterdam Conservatory. He graduated Cum Laude.
